Oleg Ulyansky, former CEO and Sales Director at Excelion Israel, files a lawsuit against the company’s owners, Vlad Nemirovsky and Moti Gruzman, following his dismissal and claims of violations of his employee rights

In April 2022, Excelion Chairman Vlad Nemirovsky offered Oleg Ulyansky to join the company's board and serve as CEO, Marketing & Sales Director at Imag Development Ltd. (Excelion Israel), which he co-owns with Motti Gruzman. Ulyansky accepted the offer, but over time, he realized that his position was essentially meant to cover up the improper conduct of the company's owners.
Unwilling to be part of this problematic behavior, Ulyansky resigned from his role as CEO and remained only as the company’s Marketing & Sales Director. Even in this role, he continued to voice his objections to the actions of Gruzman and Nemirovsky.
On March 20, 2024, without a hearing or prior notice, Ulyansky was dismissed from his position. He did not receive severance pay, his final salary, nor were his social benefits paid for two years.
Now, Ulyansky sues Excelion Israel and its owners, demanding all that is owed to him by law.
