Excelion's debt settlement methods

  1. The company tries to settle its debts towards creditors in creative ways. Since most of the creditors have done business with Motti Gruzman and have a grudge against him, someone else from the company is presented to them. Small creditors are handled by Victoria Drobchevsky by email or WhatsApp, large creditors "get" a personal meeting with Vlad Nemirovsky - the chairman of the Excelion Group.
  2. Vlad/Victoria present "The New Way of Excellion", and offer alternative properties in Green Wood Bansko or Alva Park Costa Brava projects "equal in value" to the company's debts to the creditors. But the problem is that the value of the replacement properties is usually 50% higher than the market.
  3. In the San Martin project, Austria, the company's representatives are trying to push the existing buyers out of the project, and at the same time the company is trying to sell the project again, to new customers abroad, at higher prices, apparently. Of course, they "forget" to mention in the project's brochure, that the apartments were sold 8 years ago, and the project has been stuck ever since.
